I have seen some very positive changes to the West Ashley area, which make the area more attractive and more fun to live in. The Avondale station area seems to have taken on a shape of it's own, and has become a popular West Ashley destination for foodies, and young people that like to socialize etc. Here is a facebook page of one of my favorite Charleston restaurants located in the popular hub called Al Di La.
